Quality Control and Warranty
In our factory, our management will meet the requirements of ISO9001 and TS16949. Starting from the selection of raw materials, through manufacturing, and up until after finishing, our quality control engineers will supervise the whole process. With our 20 years of manufacturing experience, we make sure all parts are the same as OEM.
New Force also has more than 200 fine selected suppliers, of which OEM suppliers are more than 70%. Before delivering to our customers, all goods will have gone through inspection before packing. Before marketing, all newly developed products will be both tested in the factory and by end users for at least 6 months.
New Force provides a general warranty for all products to be free from defects under normal operating conditions and proper application for 6 MONTHS* from the invoice date.
* The lifetime of some fast moving parts, such as filters or GET, will be shorter than this general warranty time period.
